19 April 2009 - 14:39New Auto-post Articles to Wordpress Plugin

I stumbled upon this Wordpress Plugin the other day, and it looks to be a huge time and money saver — the PLR to Wordpress plug-in. While it’s purported to be for PLR articles, you can easily use unique articles, or articles that you syndicate from article directories.

Here are some of the features of the PLR to Wordpress Plugin:

  • Easy Formatting: Accepts articles in .txt format, and you just have to have the title on one line, and the article starting on the next — this is the normal setup for PLR articles and most other articles.
  • Accepts HTML in articles: Want to add links to your auto-posted Wordpress articles? You can — just create the link like normal, and the PLR to Wordpress plugin will take care of the rest.
  • Randomize posting times: Get rid of the auto-post footprint by setting customized posting dates and times (new feature!)
  • Automate your business: The PLR to Wordpress auto-posting plugin allows you to take a few minutes, upload your articles, and literally set-and-forget about it as new posts are automatically added to your blog — even if you’re away from home, out of town, or on vacation!

  1. I was thinking of buying that plugin. Are you saying that it can take articles off of article directories?

    Thanks

  2. No — it can’t do that. You have to upload articles to a folder where your blog is, and then the plugin will handle it from there. There are a few plugins that’ll allow you to import articles from article directories, I think WP-o-Matic will do that, right off the top of my head.

I’ve not found a reliable way to import articles from article directories, though — there’s always the chance that you’ll add something that is not relevant, regardless of you’re using category-matching or keyword-matching via the RSS feed. I can import them just fine — it’s just the relevancy isn’t always there.

With the PLR to Wordpress plugin, which is purported to be for PLR articles anyway, you don’t have to worry about relevance as you pre-select the articles that you want published in random intervals.

  3. Say that is a pretty good find. It’s all abut working smarter and not harder. I am going to have to stop reading your blog before you convince me I should start using PLR articles. :D
